Melt the butter in oil, then leave to cool. The eggs are mixed with the sugar until we obtain a creamy composition, then we add, in a thin thread, the oil and the butter, we homogenize and we put the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder. Cocoa and rum essence follow.
The composition must sit in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, for at least an hour.
We form balls the size of a walnut, which we roll with powdered sugar. We place them in a tray lined with baking paper, at a distance. Put the tray in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.
After removing them, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes.
