In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and oil. In another bowl mix ricotta with yogurt and 1 tablespoon sugar until creamy, then add cocoa. Combine the two compositions and add flour and baking powder mix well until the composition becomes homogeneous. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °.

Mix the mascarpone with the chocolate until it becomes frothy, let it cool.

Cut the strawberries into cubes and put them in a pot with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 5 tablespoons of water. Boil them for a few minutes and leave them to cool.
