Wash and clean the carrots, parsley root, celery and onion, put them to boil in cold water. When it starts to boil, add the beans, which are also washed, cleaned and broken into smaller pieces. After 10-15 minutes, add the peppers and tomatoes, washed and finely chopped.

Before it is completely cooked, season with salt and pepper and add the broth. Let it boil for a few more minutes and turn off the heat. Sprinkle the washed and chopped parsley leaves on top.
