Sometimes a simple meal is welcome, especially since I wanted something to be done quickly. So I chose the spinach that we really like, I always keep it stored in the freezer for these days… no meat but not necessarily fasting

It is made very quickly and is good and tasty !!

  • I used:
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bags of spinach (from Lidl, from the one to the small bag)
  • 2 tablespoons milk flour (depending on how thick you want it)

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Eyed Spinach:

I finely chopped the garlic and put it in a pan with a little oil to harden, then I added flour, I mixed well so as not to make lumps, the spinach that was still half frozen and then milk. I left it on the fire until it it started to boil and the spinach started to unravel and then I added more milk until it reached the consistency I wanted.

I seasoned with salt and pepper and served with scrambled eggs.

Mmmmm a goodness !!!

Great appetite!
