At lunch I prepared a puree for the children and there was a little left ... which is cold no longer good anyway ... and since I don't like to throw away food :) I quickly prepared a great snack with some ingredients :)
- 300 gr mashed potatoes
- 150 gr supple Delaco cheese
- an egg
- a spoonful of breadcrumbs
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Meatball appetizer with cheese:
Grate the cheese and mix with the mashed potatoes, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well. With wet hands, form the balls and place them on a plastic wrap. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, preferably to fry in an oil bath. When hot, fry the balls carefully. As they brown, they rise to the surface and float in oil, frying evenly on all sides. Remove on paper towels. Serve hot or cold, plain or with a salad.
