I put the ingredients in the bread machine in the order in which they are written in the kneading and leavening program (1 hour and 30 min). I left the dough in the machine until the tub cooled. I divided the dough and shaped it into woven bread and buns. I let it rise for 20-30 minutes, then I greased it with the yolk mixed with a little milk and I put the tray in the preheated oven. It sat quietly in the oven until it browned nicely. After removing the tray from the oven, I covered it with a clean towel.
