How to make cherry plumcake

- 200 g of weak flour
- 50 g of starch
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 egg
- 1 vanilla bean
- 180 g of sugar
Add the eggs, vanilla bean seeds and a pinch of salt.
Then add the sifted flour, sifted yeast and sifted starch.
Put half of the mixture in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper, then make a layer with half of the cherries (previously floured to keep them from falling during cooking). Put the leftover mixture on top and cover it with the last cherries.

Good morning dear friends, it's time for cherries and I have so many to consume, alas! So after a second with cherries, today I propose you a dessert that is easy and quick to prepare and soft, excellent for breakfast or maybe to enjoy it in the afternoon with a drop of Cherry.
250 g of flour,
300 g of cherries,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of butter,
1 sachet of baking powder,
Wash and pit the cherries and set them aside. In a bowl put the sugar with the butter softened at room temperature and work them with a wooden spoon until the mixture is white and fluffy. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt and the sifted flour with baking powder. Mix everything well, then lightly flour the cherries and add them to the mixture. Grease a plum-cake mold with a capacity of 1 l. and 1/2, line it with greased parchment paper and pour the mixture. Put in a preheated oven at 180 & # 176 C for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
