We clean the onion, wash it and finely chop it and put it to harden in a bowl in which we heated the oil a little. Immediately add the finely chopped pepper.

Let it harden a little and add the peeled tomato and cut into small cubes (in order to peel the tomato more easily, put it in hot water for 1 minute).

While the tomato is cooking a bit, cut the meat into cubes and place it over the vegetables. Stir and leave on the fire for about 5 minutes, then add the pepper paste, pour 2 cups of water and simmer with a lid on top.

From time to time we mix and in the meantime we add salt and pepper.

Let it simmer, we get a thicker and more delicious sauce with a good taste of beef.

When the meat is fully cooked (always check with a fork), turn off the heat and add chopped green parsley.

While the stew is slowly boiling, we can also boil the potatoes for the mashed potatoes.

I'm not going to tell you what to do for a tasty puree because I'm sure everyone knows how to do it.

We serve hot stew with mashed potatoes and the best pickles on earth, that is, those from my mother :).

Goulash like my mother at home

1. Wash the beef and clean the skins, if necessary, and cut into small pieces that are fried in hot oil. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Heat until it gets the copper color and put the onion cut into scales and a little meat juice and let it drop until the onion slices are almost invisible. Also in this step, put the paprika and let it boil for a while.

3. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, cut the peppers into suitable strips and place in the pan with the remaining meat broth and cook for a few minutes.

4. In the last stage, add the wine and, if necessary, salt and pepper or paprika. Put in the hot oven at a temperature of 170 degrees and let it cool for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with fresh bread.

For 4-5 sticks you need: 500 g of white flour, 10 g of salt, 10 g of dry yeast, 370 ml of cold water and olive oil for kneading.

Start by putting flour, salt and yeast in a mixer bowl. Because the dough for this type of bread is wetter, it is recommended that the kneading be done with the help of the mixer. Add 3 quarters of the amount of water and start mixing at a low speed, using a special paddle for kneading. As the dough becomes homogeneous, add the rest of the water, increase the speed and continue until it gains elasticity.

Put the dough in a plastic bowl previously greased with oil, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise until it doubles in volume. It will take about an hour. After it has risen, move the dough to the work surface greased with oil. Handle it easily to keep as much air inside as possible. Divide the amount of dough into 4 or 5. Shape each piece by flattening it slightly and bringing the edges inward, then roll to get that elongated shape. Place the sticks in the tray, cover them with cling film and let them rise for another hour. After this process is complete, grow the wands with the tip of a knife.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. First insert a tray of hot water to create steam and then the chopsticks. After 25 minutes they will acquire a pleasant, golden-brown color.


First we peel the eggplant, cut it into cubes, sprinkle it over it and let it drain in a sieve. Then chop the onion and garlic and put them to harden in olive oil until soft.

Add the carrot given through the large grater and cook for 2 minutes.

Then cut the bell pepper into strips.

Eggplant cubes well rinsed and drained.

And the potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes, then the canned okra rinsed and drained well. If you have fresh okra, they must be boiled before 10-15 minutes in salted water and a little vinegar. Then rinse them and add them to the stew.

Add 200-300 ml of water, salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato paste, bring a few more boils and the stew is ready.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!

10 minutes before the end, add the milk in which you dissolved the flour and the green parsley. Bring to a boil again and remove from the heat.

After the dough is leavened, arrange it in the stove tray, add the pizza sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the fillet, salami, mushrooms and cheese one by one.
