For a quick lunch, I recommend the marinated meatballs, delicious, flavored with the new 100% natural Delikat spices. I served them with fresh noodles, but you can make whatever garnish you want.

  • 500 g minced beef

RECIPE PREPARATION Marinated meatballs with tagliatelle:

Mix the minced beef with pesto, breadcrumbs, parmesan, Delikat meatball spices, salt and pepper to taste and egg. Knead the meat well and form the meatballs.

Melt the butter in the olive oil and fry the meatballs on all sides. Remove and keep warm.

Wipe the pan and add a little olive oil, then the finely chopped garlic. Add the tomato sauce. Season with paprika and Italian herbs Delikat. Put the meatballs and let them boil for another 5 minutes.

Serve with fresh tagliatelle, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

When I was little we only ate meatballs made of chicken, never pork or beef. When I was growing up, I actually discovered why I didn't do it: splints and fat.
For the last 5 years I have tried several meatball recipes until I came to the & # 8216perfect & # 8217 ones for me which seem to be & # 8216perfectly delicious & # 8217 as my husband told me the first night, eating with both hands .

Beef muscles

Mix all the ingredients well and leave them in the fridge for at least an hour to blend the flavors better.

I fry them in a hot oil and take them out in a bowl with a napkin to absorb well. I keep some of them like this and some of them make the best marinated meatballs.

Marinated meatballs with tagliatelle - Recipes

For the first time in my life, I remember and now, I ate marinated meatballs at the kindergarten. And the culmination is that I liked them so much that even today they occupy their stable place among my favorite recipes. I do them quite often and, every time, with the same pleasure. It's not a unique recipe, I rarely make them twice as much, but to open the subject we have to rely on a recipe that is somewhat stable and, so to speak, classic. Because further, we see / speak.

So for now, note that you need to first meatballs, that is

750 g minced meat (preferably a mixture of beef and pork),
1 onion,
2 eggs,
1/2 bunch parsley,
1/2 link dill,
salt pepper,
flour (or biscuit),
oil for frying.

Chop the onions and greens, mix them with the meat and beaten eggs, form the meatballs, roll them in flour (or breadcrumbs), fry them in oil and remove them on napkins (or paper towels), to remove excess of fat.

It's coming in a row sauce, that is

500 g tomatoes,
1-2 onions, finely chopped,
puppies from 1 head of garlic, chop with a knife,
1 hot pepper, cleaned of vines and seeds, finely chopped (optional),
1-2 tablespoons of vinegar,
1-2 tablespoons grated sugar,
1-2 bay leaves,
1 teaspoon peppercorns (if you didn't put the peppers, or you like them faster),
other greens, as you like (celery, thyme, parsley etc.), washed cleaned and chopped,
2-3 tablespoons of oil,

First fry the onion, garlic and pepper in the hot oil. Extinguish with scalded, peeled and chopped tomatoes. Add the vinegar, sugar, continue cooking for another half an hour (if you say you need to, add a little water), put the meatballs in the sauce, sprinkle with the greens and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, over low heat.

Serve hot, with mashed potatoes or another garnish, as desired.

Versions of course are enough, starting with meatballs (which of course you can make as and what you want) and continuing with the sauce (my favorite version is the one suggested by Păstorel, with 1 glass of dry white wine instead of vinegar and with tarragon instead of bay). You can give up sugar and harden 1 grated carrot on the fine grater, or turn off with 1 glass of sweet white wine. Onions and garlic are, after all, optional, but on the other hand you can add other vegetables to the hardening (celery, for example). And, if you like the sauce to be fluid, you can mix it before you put the meatballs in it (or you can use broth diluted in wine or soup, ori Tomato juice). And the examples of variants could of course continue, but it's time to rely on your imagination and tastes.

What do we drink? Well, theoretically I should recommend a light red for these marinated meatballs, but they matched so well last time with an exceptional rose, that I can't suggest anything else.

Meatballs I Hot air fryer recipe - Cosori air fryer


  • an onion

Method of preparation

  1. I put the vegetables through the small grater
  2. I then mixed all the ingredients and formed small round meatballs
  3. I put the meatballs in the fridge for 10 minutes (they keep their shape better)
  4. I selected the Pre Heat program of the fryer, which is set at a temperature of 205 degrees Celsius and a heating time of 5 minutes.
  5. I took the meatballs out of the fridge and placed them in the hot air fryer pan. Here you can use a spray with olive or avocado oil, or you can use a silicone brush to grease the meatballs on top.
  6. I set the fryer with hot air at a temperature of 205 degrees for 8 minutes.
  7. After 4 minutes of baking, I took out the tub and turned the meatballs, at which point you can give them a puff of oil spray again. At this point I greased the meatballs with a mix of sweet-chilli sauce and barbeque sauce. Put the tub in the fryer, which will continue its program for the final minutes
