The best marinated meatballs and two different dinners
When I was little we only ate meatballs made of chicken, never pork or beef. When I was growing up, I actually discovered why I didn't do it: splints and fat.
For the last 5 years I have tried several meatball recipes until I came to the & # 8216perfect & # 8217 ones for me which seem to be & # 8216perfectly delicious & # 8217 as my husband told me the first night, eating with both hands .
Pork muscles (remove any threads or fat that is still slipping)
A little chopped parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic
A red onion (grated)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients well and leave them in the fridge for at least an hour to blend the flavors better.
Then I make them small balls and give some of them crispy breadcrumbs (I really like them crispy) and for children and husband I give them with flour mixed with semolina (they are delicious and tender, even Achim ate).
Bowl with crispy breadcrumbs and bowl with flour and semolina
I fry them in a hot oil and take them out in a bowl with a napkin to absorb well. I keep some of them like this and some of them make the best marinated meatballs.
A box of mashed potatoes
A box of tomato sauce with tomato pieces
A clove of garlic (finely chopped but with 2 crushed puppies finished)
2 tablespoons oil
A bay leaf
A spoonful of flour
Tomato juice with pieces and tomato puree
Put the garlic in a hot oil and then add the can of tomato juice with the tomato pieces in the pot and a cup of hot water. Meanwhile, mix the tomato puree very well with a cup of hot water and a tablespoon of flour so as not to make lumps. Then I add it lightly in the pot, mixing well. I also add bay leaf, salt and pepper.
I added tomato juice with pieces and hot water
Tomato puree with flour and hot water
Let it boil and add the meatballs. I leave it for another 10 minutes and after I put out the fire I put the last two crushed puppies.

Marinated meatballs with tagliatelle - Recipes
For the first time in my life, I remember and now, I ate marinated meatballs at the kindergarten. And the culmination is that I liked them so much that even today they occupy their stable place among my favorite recipes. I do them quite often and, every time, with the same pleasure. It's not a unique recipe, I rarely make them twice as much, but to open the subject we have to rely on a recipe that is somewhat stable and, so to speak, classic. Because further, we see / speak.
So for now, note that you need to first meatballs, that is
750 g minced meat (preferably a mixture of beef and pork),
1/2 bunch parsley,
1/2 link dill,
flour (or biscuit),
oil for frying.
Chop the onions and greens, mix them with the meat and beaten eggs, form the meatballs, roll them in flour (or breadcrumbs), fry them in oil and remove them on napkins (or paper towels), to remove excess of fat.
It's coming in a row sauce, that is
500 g tomatoes,
1-2 onions, finely chopped,
puppies from 1 head of garlic, chop with a knife,
1 hot pepper, cleaned of vines and seeds, finely chopped (optional),
1-2 tablespoons of vinegar,
1-2 tablespoons grated sugar,
1-2 bay leaves,
1 teaspoon peppercorns (if you didn't put the peppers, or you like them faster),
other greens, as you like (celery, thyme, parsley etc.), washed cleaned and chopped,
2-3 tablespoons of oil,
First fry the onion, garlic and pepper in the hot oil. Extinguish with scalded, peeled and chopped tomatoes. Add the vinegar, sugar, continue cooking for another half an hour (if you say you need to, add a little water), put the meatballs in the sauce, sprinkle with the greens and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, over low heat.
Serve hot, with mashed potatoes or another garnish, as desired.
Versions of course are enough, starting with meatballs (which of course you can make as and what you want) and continuing with the sauce (my favorite version is the one suggested by Păstorel, with 1 glass of dry white wine instead of vinegar and with tarragon instead of bay). You can give up sugar and harden 1 grated carrot on the fine grater, or turn off with 1 glass of sweet white wine. Onions and garlic are, after all, optional, but on the other hand you can add other vegetables to the hardening (celery, for example). And, if you like the sauce to be fluid, you can mix it before you put the meatballs in it (or you can use broth diluted in wine or soup, ori Tomato juice). And the examples of variants could of course continue, but it's time to rely on your imagination and tastes.
What do we drink? Well, theoretically I should recommend a light red for these marinated meatballs, but they matched so well last time with an exceptional rose, that I can't suggest anything else.
Neuromax, natural neuroprotector
NEUROMAX® is a natural neuroprotective supplement, revolutionary formula, which has in its composition optimal concentrations of the best documented plants with synergistic action to support the nervous system: Citicoline, L-Carnitine, Taurine, Bacopa monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba, Phosphatidyl Serine, Phosphatidyl Choline, L-Glutamine, Alpha Lipoic Acid.
This product is recommended by SNPCAR - Romanian Society of Child and Adolescent Neurology and Psychiatry.
Citicoline is a nutrient that is found naturally at the cellular level with an essential role in nerve activity. With age, its amount decreases, causing the degradation of cognitive functions. It helps maintain the balance between the concentrations of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in the body and increases the amount of glucose metabolized in the brain. Citicoline stimulates phosphatidylcholine levels - vital for the proper functioning of the brain.
Provides antioxidant protection against neuronal damage caused by free radicals, provides the phospholipids necessary for proper neuronal function, supports neuronal metabolism, intensifies mental processes, stimulates memory, increases attention and ability to concentrate.
Citicoline improves brain function in conditions such as hypoxia, encephalitis, autism, Down syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia, Parkinson's disease, ALS, senility and ataxia. It also has beneficial effects in reducing anxiety, stress and depression.
Bacopa monnieri, a plant used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for its therapeutic properties, is especially recommended in the treatment of diseases related to the nervous system (memory loss, anxiety, ADHD and epilepsy).
Bacopa monnieri has antianxiolytic and antidepressant action by regulating unbalanced levels of biogenic amines, increases the ability to learn and memorize, stimulates intelligence and accelerates the processing of visual information.
Although it is generally used as a nerve tonic, this plant has remarkable benefits in reducing daily stress, helps maintain a good general condition and helps temper emotions, with anxiolytic and antidepressant effect. The benefits of Bacopa monnieri content extend to the cardiovascular system: it improves blood and peripheral circulation and supports the proper functioning of the entire cardiovascular system.
Ginkgo Biloba, The "holy tree of life" is the most prescribed supplement for better agility and mental clarity. The leaves of this tree are extracted and processed into food supplements for its miraculous antioxidant effects (due to flavanoids and terpenoids), in combating memory loss associated with aging, early stages of Alzheimer's disease, poor peripheral circulation, increased libido and improved sexual function, , recovery from a stroke and early stages of macular degeneration.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid with a neuroprotective role (on peripheral nerves) and antioxidant that fights free radicals. It reduces fatigue and thus helps increase the duration and intensity of intellectual and physical effort.
TAURINE is an amino acid with a neuromodulatory and neuroprotective role. Through its antioxidant role, taurine protects neurons from the toxic effect of glutamate, induces relaxation, protects the retina and peripheral nerves.
Phosphatidyl choline it is a major component of gray matter, important for the normal structure and regeneration of the nerve cell (neurogenesis). The precursor of choline, which participates in the synthesis of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter), is the essential substance in nerve transmission and the functioning of the central and vegetative nervous system.
Phosphatidyl serine, the basic component of the inner layer of the nerve cell membrane with the highest concentration in the human brain, has a role in excitability and interneuronal communication, relieves cognitive decline, regulates the release of acetylcholine, norepinephrine and hormones of happiness. It increases cognitive performance and has an antianxiolytic and anti-stress role.
L-Glutamine, "Brain fuel", is the most abundant amino acid in the body, present in every cell of the human body, but with the largest amounts found in the blood, muscles and cerebrospinal fluid. Glutamine has an anti-inflammatory role, stimulates gluten synthesis, decreases excess brain ammonia that promotes neurodegenerative diseases.
Alpha lipoic acid is an endogenous antioxidant with a neuroprotective role, which acts at the central and peripheral level, intracellular and extracellular.
Mental tonic. Protects the nervous system. Improves attention, memory and concentration.
- Supports the functions and proper functioning of the nervous and vascular system
- Provides protection to nerve cells
- Stimulates the functioning of interneuronal connections
- Supports nerve impulse transmission by modulating neurotransmitters

Meatballs I Hot air fryer recipe - Cosori air fryer
- an onion
- a carrot
- a potato
- an egg
- 150 grams smoked kaiser cut into cubes (from Lidl I took)
- 250 grams of minced meat
- salt pepper
- fulgi chilli
- a green onion and a colorful pepper for the final decoration
Method of preparation
- I put the vegetables through the small grater
- I then mixed all the ingredients and formed small round meatballs
- I put the meatballs in the fridge for 10 minutes (they keep their shape better)
- I selected the Pre Heat program of the fryer, which is set at a temperature of 205 degrees Celsius and a heating time of 5 minutes.
- I took the meatballs out of the fridge and placed them in the hot air fryer pan. Here you can use a spray with olive or avocado oil, or you can use a silicone brush to grease the meatballs on top.
- I set the fryer with hot air at a temperature of 205 degrees for 8 minutes.
- After 4 minutes of baking, I took out the tub and turned the meatballs, at which point you can give them a puff of oil spray again. At this point I greased the meatballs with a mix of sweet-chilli sauce and barbeque sauce. Put the tub in the fryer, which will continue its program for the final minutes
- I took out the meatballs and garnished them with a little green onion and finely chopped colored peppers
- ? Tips:
You can prepare a red sauce in the pan, quickly, while the meatballs are cooking as follows: cut a small onion, put it in a little olive oil, add the tomato juice, salt, pepper and a bay leaf (and a few -two of finely chopped garlic) and let it boil. When the meatballs are done, add as many as you want in this pan, stirring so that the meatballs take over the whole surface of the sauce, and after 2-3 minutes turn off the heat. At this moment you have a delicious dish of marinated meatballs, as our grandmothers called it
The recipe is easy to prepare and in about half an hour the meatballs are ready
