Why are we doing it? We want to bring you the best fresh, local products for several reasons. Secondly, it's just the right thing to do. For our health, for our economy, for our neighbors and community this concept makes sense. We want to invest in resources as close to home as possible, showing those farmers we are as proud of what they do as they are. W

Our cuisine is primarily a fusion of American and European, driven by seasonal availability and sustainable practices. Even our water is filtered on site to bottled water standards.
From our comfort foods like Monday Meatloaf or Cottage pie, to our seared Duck breast or Duck Confit we use only local meats and vegetables, we grow our own fresh herbs and our famous Fish & Chips are made with hand cut potatoes and sustainably caught fresh Haddock with house made tempura batter.
Our menus change with the seasons and availability and we are working with our local producers to constantly expand availability and variety such as contracting to have ducks raised locally and develop local watercress. We have partnered with local farmers to grow different varieties of salads and root vegetables and are also championing the use of high tunnels and greenhouses to extend their growing season.
Our extensive beer and wine selections are also driven by our demand for local, organic and sustainable practices.
We have won acclaim from the “Daily Telegraph” “Best of British Awards” and driven a strong following from local foodies and local groups like “Well Fed Neighbor” and “Moms for local food”
