1.Mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar and vanilla sugar until it reaches the consistency of a cream.

2. Add eggs and mix well.

3. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Put half of the flour mixture over the composition in the bowl of the mixer and incorporate it with a plastic spatula, then mix again.

4. Add the milk, vanilla essence, the remaining flour mixture and mix until smooth.

5. Pour half of the composition into the tray lined with baking paper, put pieces of washed and dried apricots, then the rest of the composition. If you use small individual forms: fill them 3/4 composition and put a 1/2 apricot on top.

6. Put in the preheated oven at 180 gr for 35-40 minutes (for safety you can do the "holy" test with the toothpick).

7.Cut the cake when it has cooled, then you can powder it with powdered sugar.
