I consider it one of the simplest cakes. I like to make it when I have homemade eggs, it has a more beautiful color.

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 20-25 large and fleshy cherries

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry cake:

Rub the yolks with the sugar very well, add the oil and water, stirring lightly, like mayonnaise. Separately beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, hard foam. Add flour over the yolks and finally the egg whites, mix the composition and pour into a greased tray lined with flour or baking paper. The cherries were dug out of the seeds and left to drain. After they have drained well, roll them in flour and put them over the composition, put the tray in the preheated oven, it is ready when it passes the toothpick test. Cut cold and dust with sugar
