Put the pasta to boil in a large pot according to the instructions on the package.

The ham is cut into thin strips and fried in hot oil together with a clove of crushed garlic until nicely browned.

The yolks are mixed with sour cream, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and set aside.

Add the sour cream mixture over the ham, stirring continuously for a few seconds.

The obtained sauce is put over the hot pasta together with about 100 g of grated cheese and mix lightly.

The pasta is served hot with parmesan or grated cheese.
