Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Lasagna with cottage cheese and tomato juice:

Chop one of the onions and heat it in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add tomato juice (preferably homemade), crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Let it boil for 15 minutes.

Mix the cottage cheese with the other chopped onion.

Grease a heat-resistant dish with oil and place a layer of lasagna sheets. Cover the lasagna sheets with a layer of cheese, then with tomato sauce and so on, until you finish the ingredients. The last layer should be tomato juice.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the lasagna sheets soften and roll.

Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped basil on top, leave for 5 minutes on high heat in the oven and serve.

This recipe for tomato sauce it's my favorite. It's just good for anything. That's exactly what it should be called, tomato sauce good at all. You can put it in any preparation. From pizza, pasta, lasagna, tomato soup, chicken with parmesan or fish in the oven. This is my favorite tomato sauce recipe, fast, delicious and extremely flavorful. In summer, I really want to take advantage of the good and ripe Romanian tomatoes, especially since I love tomatoes and especially because my father constantly brings me tomatoes from his garden, organic, sweet and juicy.

These tomatoes remind me of my childhood with my grandparents. Not infrequently my grandmother found me among the stalks, eating tomatoes with both hands, without even washing them. And now I'm doing the same. I love to break a ripe tomato, wipe it with my hand and eat it with gusto. Unfortunately, this summer I did not manage to reach my grandmother, but fortunately the tomatoes arrived from my father who made his old retirement home very close to my grandmother.

Besides my father's tomatoes, my grandmother insists on sending me fresh eggs from her chickens, onions, garlic, parsley. I'm really very lucky to have them there. Returning to the tomato sauce recipe, choose well-ripened, sweet and juicy tomatoes. Even if you buy them from the market, choose the smallest and completely red ones, with a thin skin. And beware of those that all look the same, as if they were made on a computer, as my father says. I chose to make a simple recipe, without onions, and without other vegetables, in order to enjoy the taste of tomatoes as much as possible.

So I put garlic, herbs, fresh basil and green thyme. I cut the tomatoes into cubes because I wanted to keep some of their texture, but you can also chop them with a food processor or a vertical blender. The result is a delicious tomato sauce, flavorful and so good that it can be eaten on bread. You can use it in any recipe you want, or you can put it hot in sterilized jars and you can use it in winter.

A simple appetizer but extremely tasty and good-looking. We have been eating at festive meals for about 25 years. & # 8230and we are not tired yet!

500 ml tomato juice (or broth)
500 gr cow's cheese
200 gr telemea cheese
Half a red onion (or 2-3 green onions)
A teaspoon of cumin seeds
A tablespoon of sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
30 gr gelatin
A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon of dried basil (or a tablespoon of freshly chopped basil)
Salt pepper

Put the tomato juice in a saucepan to heat over low heat. Mix with olive oil, sugar and basil and season. It doesn't have to boil. Soak the gelatin in a little water for a few minutes and then incorporate it into the tomato juice until it has completely dissolved. Extinguish the fire and keep the liquid warm. Wallpaper the bottom and walls of a pan with edges of up to 10 cm (or heat-resistant dish) with food foil. Pour half of the amount of liquid (or a third if you want to make 3 layers as in the photo) and let it cool until it hardens.
Meanwhile, a cheese paste is mixed with cow's cheese, telemea, sour cream, chopped onion and cumin. Season with pepper and salt if necessary (depending on how salty the telemeau is). The paste must not be too soft to withstand construction. When the first layer of tomato juice has hardened, spread the cheese evenly (or half the amount if you have decided that you want 3 layers of tomatoes). Pour the rest of the tomato juice (or another third) and let it cool. (For 3 layers, repeat the operation with the other half of the cheese paste and the rest of the tomato juice).
When it has completely hardened on the surface, turn it over on a flat plate. Good appetite!

We prepare the delicious tomato sauce, which will form the basis of this kind of fantasy. A kind of red carpet for mundane spirals :) Finely chop the yellow onion and garlic cloves, fry everything in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the tomato puree. Salt, pepper, a little thyme and oregano. and in 4-5 minutes there is a simple tomato sauce, which gives this dish a typical Italian character.

To form those mundane spirals we were just talking about, we need thin, thin slices of vegetables. With the help of a vegetable peeler, we "break" the zucchini and the zucchini into thin, almost transparent strips. If you do not have a peeler, or vegetable cleaner, you can use the classic sliced ​​knife. In this case you need to have a little more patience and skill. The slices must be thin enough to roll, without breaking, and thick enough to hold the cheese filling.

In a bowl, mix the bellows cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream, season with a pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried oregano and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.

Grease each strip with bellows cream, cottage cheese and sour cream and form the rolls, which we then place in the oven dish greased with a little tomato sauce. Once placed and organized in the bowl, add the rest of the tomato sauce over the delicious * curlers *, randomly place a few pieces of bellows and cottage cheese over and place the tray in the preheated oven, where it will stay for 45 minutes.


Appetizer pies with Beef Cheese, Dill and Green Onions

It took:
Knead a bread-like dough, a little softer and stickier, from egg, sour cream and sifted flour together with salt.
Let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Spread each part in a rectangular sheet and grease it with 1/3 of the amount of soft butter.
Roll into a roll, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling:
Mix the cottage cheese well with the egg, salt, dill, green onions and mix well.
Remove one roll from the cold and cut it into 10-12 equal pieces.
Spread each piece in a round sheet 6-8 cm in diameter and put 1-2 teaspoons of the filling in the middle. Bring the edges to the center and glue well.
Either place them with the glue down, in a tray lined with baking paper, or wrap them as in the pictures, then grease them with sour cream.
Do the same until you have finished all the dough and filling.
Put in the oven at 200 degrees until they start to brown, then another 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
Remove from the pan on the grill and immediately cover with a towel to soften.
