A fine tart with a special aroma of milk and apples.

  • Cake base
  • - 250 gr of flour
  • -125 gr sugar
  • -60 gr butter
  • -2 eggs
  • Cream
  • -500 ml of milk
  • -150 gr sugar
  • - 50 gr of flour
  • -5 yolks or 3 whole eggs
  • - lemon peel
  • - 1 kg of apples

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Apple tart with milk cream:

Cake base:

-mix the flour with the sugar, melted butter and eggs, then let them rest for about 20 minutes. Wallpaper a form with butter and put the dough around it.

Cream

-boil the milk

- mix the sugar with the flour, eggs, then gradually add the hot milk. We pass through a sieve. Pour the cream over the base of the tart.

-We clean the blackberries and cut them into thin slices. Arrange them over the cream and put them in the hot oven at 220 º C for about 30 minutes

- It's good if we serve it the next day when it's cold.
