Well, now, after so many sophisticated foods, there is something simple, light and creamy, like this soup, right?

  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small celery
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 cube of butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable cream soup:

For simplicity, I boiled all the vegetables, along with a tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt and pepper. After they all boiled very well, I put them in a blender so hot and I mashed them, adding the cube of butter, for flavor.

I served it hot with chopped greens and croutons (they can't be seen in the picture).
