Ingredients
- 20 ml grappa
- 15 ml Amaretto di Saronno
- 1 shot espresso shot
- 20 ml soya cream
- 1 whole nutmeg , for grating

Method
- Shake the grappa, Amaretto di Saronno liqueur and espresso over ice in a shaker, and pour in a glass or cup.
- Slowly pour the soya cream on top, so it forms a layer.
- Finely grate over a few scrapings of nutmeg, to garnish.
