Ingredients
- 100 ml chai tea
- 50 ml cognac
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 gingerbread biscuit , to serve

Method
- Put the chai, cognac and honey in a pan, then heat gently. Take off the heat and leave for a minute to infuse.
- Pour into a handled coffee glass, then serve with the gingerbread biscuit on the side.
