Ingredients
- 10 - 15 ml lime juice , plus ½ lime to garnish
- 50 ml Bacardi Carta Negra rum
- 3 dashes of Angustura bitters
- 100 ml ginger beer
- a sprig of mint , to garnish

Method
- Recipe by Giusseppe Gallo
- Fill a highball glass with ice, squeeze in the lime juice and add the rum, bitters and ginger beer, then stir. Garnish with the lime and mint.
