The tribunal is judging an appeal against the decision of the District 5 Court, which rejected, at the end of April, the request for conditional release of the former PSD leader, as unfounded.

PSD leader Liviu Dragnea was sentenced, in May 2019, to 3 years and 6 months in prison with execution, in the case of fictitious employments from the Teleorman Child Protection Directorate.

He served two years in prison for the three-and-a-half-year sentence he received.

On Wednesday, in front of the court, Liviu Dragnea's lawyer, Flavia Teodosiu, claimed that the court's sentence is unfounded and illegal.

According to her, "no one asks you to become a superman" in prison, and the court ruled "illegally" that the mere fulfillment of the sentence and the normal behavior of the petitioner are not enough.

She said that the fact that Dragnea's right to work, the right to defense and the right to health were violated was not taken into account, according to g4media.ro.

The lawyer claimed that Dragnea participated in the educational programs, but that she did not accumulate credits, because she did not get the maximum score in the tests.

He also said that last year Liviu Dragnea he was also involved in writing a magazine in prison, for which he received reward and credits.

"I no longer say that Mr. Dragnea is religious. He participated in everything the pandemic and the penitentiary allowed him ", the lawyer also claimed.

Liviu Dragnea states that in the last 9 months he has been subjected to "abuses", being deprived of the rights to work, food, health, legal assistance.

We clean the vegetables (apart from the goulash) and cut them into sticks. If you want, you can cut it into cubes or put it on a large grater. Heat it in a little oil and then fill it with water (approx. 4 l).
Let it boil and when it boils add the meat cut into pieces. When the meat is cooked, add the cleaned and chopped sticks and the rice. Add salt and let it boil.

When the goulash is cooked, turn off the heat and separately mix the yolks with the sour cream in a bowl. Gradually add the hot soup, stirring constantly. Pour into the soup pot.

Sour with lemon juice or vinegar.

Mangrove soup is the result of a suite of happy culinary events. Rather, it is a way of presentation, about how not to waste food but also about knowing mangold.

Mangoldul I know him from Jamie Oliver's shows and from the Good Green Garden. Elsewhere I did not see, neither at the market, nor at the supermarket. For those who don't know, mangold is a variety of beet grown for fruit.

The story goes like this. After a workshop with children I was left with a generous bundle of mangold, a little spinach and sorrel, and at another I was left with a handful of homemade pasta with beets.

That means they had to be capitalized on and I did very well. These greens gave the soup a great taste. In fact, I thought of this dish as a winter one, a filling and dense soup with vegetables, pasta and sour cream, as my grandmother used to do.

Ingredients 4 people:

  • 1 large bunch of mangold
  • 1 small bunch of spinach and sorrel
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1/2 leek
  • 250 ml sour cream with high fat content
  • 200 ml borscht (a little lemon juice)
  • 75 g paste
  • 2l apa
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation:

Carrot, parsnip and leek cut into cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Mangold and other greens are washed well and cut into thin strips, including the tails.

Put the water in a saucepan over a suitable heat. When it starts to boil, add the hardened vegetables and after 5 minutes the pasta. Stir gently and when the pasta is almost cooked add the greens.

Let it boil for a few more minutes and add sour cream and borscht or lemon juice.

The mangold soup is ready as soon as it boils a few more.

My favorite soup is smoked bone soup, it seems very suitable after the holidays when we feel the need to clean ourselves after so many heavy foods.


Method of preparation:
