First we prepare all the vegetables.

the zucchini is washed, peeled and cut into small cubes.

the potatoes are cleaned, washed and diced.

the onion is cleaned, washed and finely chopped.

peel the carrot, wash it and put it on a large grater.

the yellow pepper is cut into squares.

the parsley and dill are washed and finely chopped.

in a pot of about 4-5 liters, put 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

when it has warmed up, add the zucchini, potatoes and onion to soften it a little.

then put enough water over it to cover the vegetables quite well.

let the soup start to boil, and then pour the carrot and pepper.

let it boil at the right heat.

when the vegetables are almost cooked, add salt, pepper and paprika, as well as greens.

give it another boil, add the borscht depending on how sour we want it and the sour cream.

we add a few more stews and the soup is ready.



3 zucchini (not too big)
1 can of tuna & icircn own juice (about 140-150 g)
4 green olives (without seeds)
2 black olives (without seeds)
1 leek (about 250 g)
2 basil branches
1 tablespoon capers to the jar
1 red onion, c & acirct smaller
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
salt
Preparation time : 40-50 minutes

Step 1: You will wash the leeks and cut them vertically, thinly. You will boil them for about 2-3 minutes and then you will rinse them with cold water
Step 2: You will cut the olives into pieces
Step 3: You will wash and chop the basil
Step 4: You will wash the courgettes and cut them lengthwise, using a special device for removing the peels. It will have to be about 3 mm thick
Step 5: You will drain the capers and cut them as well
Step 6: You will drop the tone
Step 7: Put the rapeseed oil on the heat and then fry the zucchini so that it browns on both sides.
Step 8: You will wash the onion and cut it into slices
Step 9: Put the onion, olive oil and tuna in an blender and get a paste
Step 10: After that you will add the fish paste, capers, olives and basil. You can also add salt
Step 11: You will grease the pumpkins with fish paste and make some rolls.
Step 12: & Icircn rolls you will put the leek pieces and put them in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes

  • 150 gr cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • dill
  • 2.5 liters of water
  • salt

Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces, peel the carrot and grate it on a small grater. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Fry the vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes, then add the rice. Leave it for another 2 minutes, then add water.

Let it boil for about 35 minutes, then salt and pepper to taste.

Pass the garlic through a press and add it to the soup. Remove the soup from the heat.

Mix the cream with two or three tablespoons of soup, then add the rest of the cream composition, gradually, to the soup and mix continuously, then add the finely chopped dill.

Method of preparation:
Carrots, celery and parsley are grated so that they can be easily digested by the child. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. The roots together with the pepper and butter are boiled in a small pot with water. When they are almost cooked, add the diced zucchini.
Beat the yolk separately, gradually adding a little juice from the soup over it so that the composition is homogenous. Add the yogurt. Remove the soup from the heat and add the yolk together with the yogurt, stirring constantly.

  2. Leave on the fire for 10 minutes and then add the wonderful chicken soup.
  3. After the mixture shows signs of boiling, include the rice, zucchini and chicken breast.
  4. Let it cook for another 10 minutes and then come up with the ultimate temptation: spinach.
  5. After 4-5 boils, finely chop a bunch of parsley and a sprig of dill and enjoy a divine-tasting spinach soup!
