Grate the cheese and mix with 200 gr of sour cream and 4 beaten eggs. Prepare a tray with baking paper, grease the paper with oil, place a sheet of pie, grease it with an oil brush, then place another sheet of pie over it, grease it, and so on, until we have 5 sheets of pie.

Place half of the cheese mixture, put 5 sheets of pie on top, following the same steps as above, the rest of the filling and 5 more sheets of pie.

Make a 50 gr cream sauce, a beaten egg and a cup of mineral water, which is poured over the pie.

Bake in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 50 minutes.
