Poultry livers are cleaned, washed and drained.
Boil eggs hard, pass through cold water and clean.
The livers are well dried, sprinkled with vegeta and pepper and rolled into a slice of bacon. It is fastened with a toothpick for safety.
Sprinkle eggs with vegeta and pepper, roll in a slice of bacon and catch with a toothpick.
Put in a pan greased with oil, sprinkle with vegeta and pepper and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
