ready dough as follows: sift the flour in a bowl and add it with the salt. We make a place in the middle and grind the yeast together with the warm milk. Mix lightly and let it grow a little. We start to easily incorporate the flour, adding little by little the oil.

At first we use a spoon to homogenize the dough, then when it binds, we use our hands. Knead well until the dough binds. Let it rest and grow in a bowl covered with a towel for an hour.

In the meantime we are preparing filling: finely chop the pressed ham, chicken ham, mushrooms, cucumbers and donuts. We cut the sausage slices, grate the cheese.

When the dough has rested, we divide it into 4 pieces to make 4 pizzas. We put the flour on the table where we spread the dough with the rolling pin.

Spread each piece of dough well, to have a maximum thickness of 1 cm. Put a tablespoon of ketchup and spread on the entire surface. Then add from each of the ingredients for the filling (mushrooms, sausages, ham, donuts, cucumbers, tuna, cheese) only half of the top.

Cover the filling part with the free part of the worktop, gluing the edges by pressing with your fingers. We can also use a fork to give them a more beautiful shape. Grease the pizza with a little beaten egg and place it on a tray in which I put baking paper. We repeat the operation with the second pizza.

Put 2 pizzas in the oven for 20 minutes, in the preheated oven. Then we make the next 2 pizzas.
