I "borrowed" this recipe from Edith, for which I thank her. It is very good, and goes for a quick snack or picnic.

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 dried onions
  • 3 green onion rings
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 300 grams of sausage (bacon, sausages, pressed ham, etc.)
  • salt pepper

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

Heat a little diced sausage in a pan without oil, then add onions (dried and green). Leave it on the fire for about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper. Then mix the onion and meat composition with sour cream mixed with eggs.

Boil the potatoes and mash them like puree. Mix with flour and 4 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, until you get a dough. Divide the dough in half. (2/3 and 1/3).

Spread 2/3 of the dough (the largest part) in a sheet and put in a tray greased with a little oil. Pour the filling, and the rest of the dough (1/3) spread as the diameter of the tray and put on top. Grow the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. You can spread the pie on top and beat the egg with a little egg. Serve hot or cold.

It's amazing how you, with a fairly calm style in terms of blog design, were able to put everything together so competently. Here the text, and the table of contents and links and navigation are cool. I've started making design two times, but I have never been able to come up with an idea. If you ever decide to do charity work and put your template in free access, then I will be the first to download it, only the tags are not fashionable yet. saw schaz spinning already. See you in the blogosphere
