Sift the flour into a bowl. Add sugar and salt and mix. Make a hole and add the yeast dissolved in a little water, mix with a little flour and leave to rise. Add beaten eggs, oil, flour and start kneading until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough (if necessary add warm water) leave to rise for about 1 hour.
Filling-mix the ingredients well.
After the crust has risen, divide it into four, spread each piece and grease it with the filling. Roll tightly and weave 2 at a time and place in a greased pan lined with flour. Cover and leave to rise for about 15 minutes. Grease them with the yolk mixture and put them in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes on low to medium heat. We check the cake with the toothpick (we check it from time to time) and let it cool in the tray.
