Way of working for Countertops
In a bowl put dry yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Add a little fallen water, sift and add half of the flour. Mix well and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Add the rest of the water and flour, knead well until the dough accumulates and comes off the walls of the bowl. Add the oil and knead the dough well. Cover the dough with a clean napkin and let it rise until it doubles in volume (about 30-35 minutes). Then divide the dough into four parts, make a ball of each and let it rise for another 10-15 minutes. Grease four pizza pans with oil, spread the four balls with a rolling pin and place in molds. Prick the dough with a fork (to remove the air when baking) and bake on the fire for 5-6 minutes (bake 10-15 minutes after the other ingredients have been added) if the tops are used immediately and 15-20 minutes if the countertops are stored and used later (after they have cooled, the countertops are packed in bags and stored in the refrigerator for almost 1 week).
Dissolve the tomato paste with 200 ml of water and add in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add a little dried basil and a little pepper and let the sauce boil for two or three minutes. Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool. This is the basis for all four pizza tops.
Put 3-4 tablespoons of sauce and 3-4 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes on a pizza surface. Add over the tomatoes the chopped mushrooms, sliced olives, sweet corn kernels, chopped green bell peppers, grated cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of tomatoes on the second pizza top. Place slices of dried salami, add olives, sliced mushrooms, sliced red bell peppers and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
On the third add 2-3 tablespoons of sauce, 2-3 tablespoons of tomatoes, 2 sliced sausages, sliced green bell peppers, sliced olives, corn kernels and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
On the fourth countertop put 2-3 tablespoons of sauce, 2-3 slices of sliced green onions, sliced red bell peppers, sliced green bell peppers, ½ sliced tomatoes, sweet corn kernels, a little dried basil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
These are just a few ideas about the ingredients you can use, your inspiration is essential for countless other ingredients.
