Seasoning or marinating pork?

Pamper yourself with a Hawaiian cuisine that will make you think of summer. Pineapple has been the king of Hawaiian crops for over a century, and locals use it in almost any fruit mix. In this recipe you will find a creamy and exotic sauce in which the fruits are combined with onions and garlic.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and keep them cold in a covered bowl for at least 4 hours to allow the spices to penetrate the meat.

Clean the mango pulp, cut it into cubes and pass it through the blender.

In a deep frying pan, simmer the mango puree, mango juice, pineapple, butter, sugar, mustard and a few cloves. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally remove the cloves.

The well-marinated pork chops are fried in a pan with the two tablespoons of hot oil. Turn them from side to side after 1-2 minutes and remove them on the plate when browned.
