We clean the vegetables, wash them and cut them into large cubes.

In a pot we will put 3 l of water to boil, when it boils add the vegetables and salt (to taste) and boil them with a lid until the fork enters them.

When they have boiled, we take them out with a whisk in a bowl. Let them cool a bit and then we will give them to the robot, with a little soup, until they become cream. The resulting puree will be mixed with the remaining soup. If we want it finer, it will slip through the sieve.

At the end, put the two teaspoons of butter and pepper.

Serve with croutons.
