I present you some incredibly tender cookies, ideal for Christmas both to be given as a gift and to impress your guests.
- 350 gr flour
- 350 gr butter at room temperature
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla essence
- 1 or
- chopped almonds / coconut

RECIPE PREPARATION Jam cookies (video recipe):
Using a mixer, froth the butter with the sugar and vanilla well until everything looks like an aerated cream. Then add the flour over the butter and knead well until you get a homogeneous dough. Shape the dough into a disc and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take the dough out of the fridge and shape balls of the right size that you put in the beaten egg and roll them in chopped almonds. Put the dough in a tray and with your finger make a hole in the middle of each loaf, and in the hole formed put a little jam. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes on low heat until lightly browned on top. Serve hot or cold with a glass of milk or coffee.
